AQUÍ is a free immigration legal clinic operated through a collaboration between Borderlands Resource Initiative, Phoenix Legal Action Network, and Puente Human Rights Movement. Together, we bring community trust, legal expertise, volunteer capacity, and direct support into one accessible space.

Built Through Community Collaboration
At the clinic, community members can bring their questions and documents and receive practical help from qualified legal counsel to understand their options and next steps. The goal is not simply to provide information. It is to help people move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and access to real legal support.
Our services include:

Asylum & Deportation Defense- Legal screenings, pro se support, and free consultation with attorneys

Know Your Rights- Community-based legal education for individuals, families, and service providers

Rapid Response Support – In coordination with movement partners, we mobilize legal resources during enforcement actions, detentions, and border policy shifts

Legal Navigation & Referrals – We help individuals understand their options and connect them to trusted immigration attorneys and community-based organizations
The AQUÍ Legal Clinic can currently only serve people who are in active removal cases through immigration court.
